THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2410 OF 2017 ORDER:

The contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 23.08.2017 passed in W.P.No.23162 of 2017. Now the learned counsel for both parties submits that the Order of this Court is complied with by issuing G.O.Rt.No.223, dated 06.04.2018 by the contemnor.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary and the contempt case is closed.
