THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9990 and 9998 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:
Petitioners' grievance in these Writ Petitions is that their applications for regularization of land in their occupation, made under G.O.Ms.No.59 Revenue (ASSN.II) Department dt.30.12.2014, are pending consideration before the 2nd respondent since 24.01.2015 and 23.01.2015 respectively and that the 2nd respondent is not passing orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that several applications of this nature are pending before the Committee dealing with the issue and that at least six (06) months time is required for the Committee to pass orders on the petitioners' applications.

In view of the said submissions, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the petitioners' applications, seeking regularization of the land in their occupation under G.O.Ms.No.59, dt.30.12.2014, within a period of six
(06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
