Mr. K. Gani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the award passed by the Industrial Tribunal.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the award of the Tribunal afresh. There shall be no order as to costs.
