This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.1 to quash C.C.No.134 of 2017 on the file of the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal.

Heard the petitioner/ party-in-person, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1-State and perused the record.

The petitioner/ party-in-person stated that no accusation is made out against him and that a false charge sheet is filed against him and ultimately prayed to quash the said proceedings. 4.

The discrepancy with regard to the mention of the date in the medical report of the victim is also brought to the notice of this Court.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1-State stated that there is a specific mention in the medical certificate issued by the doctor that the victim was examined on 28.04.2015 and that some mistakes crept in the writings of the doctor and that can be explained at the trial of the case and ultimately prayed to dismiss the petition.

As seen from the FIR, the charge sheet and other material collected so far, there is specific mention of accusation against the petitioner/ A.1 (party-in-person) with regard to his indulgence in

beating, etc. Therefore, there are sufficient grounds to proceed with the trial of the case for the offence punishable under Section 324 read with 34 of IPC. The submission made by the petitioner (party-in-person) does not merit any consideration. 7.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
