Sri Seshadri Golla, learned counsel for the Union Bank of India, states that the possession of the premises in relation to which these writ petitions were filed has already been taken over by the Bank.

In that view of the matter, the writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
