This petition is filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, assailing the order, dated 29.08.2017, passed in E.A.No.101 of 2017 in E.A.No.166 of 2014 in E.A.No.103 of 2012 in E.P.No.44 of 2008 in O.S.No.61 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Srikalahasthi, Chittoor District. 2.

Today, this Court dismissed C.R.P.No.5654 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for reopening the matter to recall PW.1. The present petition is filed to recall PW.1 for marking of an unregistered document. In view of the elaborate order passed in C.R.P.No.5654 of 2017, no detailed order is necessary to be passed in this revision.

In view of the dismissal of C.R.P.No.5654 of 2017, this Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
