The only grievance of the petitioners is that they have made application in Form-10 in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0-60 cents in Sy.No.120/4 and Ac.0-40 cents in Sy.No.120/5 at Salapaka Village, Kajuluru Mandal, East Godavari District for regularization of unregistered sale deeds in their favour. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the grievance of the petitioners is pending before the competent authority by way of application in Form-10, the competent authority is directed to consider the same and take action in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the affected parties and original owner from whom, the petitioners purchased the subject property. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
