This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioner/accused to quash the proceedings in FIR No.233 of 2016 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Uppal P.S., Cyberabad, registered for the offence under Section 324 IPC.

Heard Sri B.A.Prakash Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 19.08.2016 and the number has to be allotted by the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar after taking cognizance, and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in FIR has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

It is seen that pending Criminal Petition, no stay was granted. In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
