Heard Sri M.Rama Rao for petitioner and the Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3.

The Court is of the view that notice to 4th respondent can be dispensed with, and the writ petition c an be disposed of having regard to the limited relief granted by this order.

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " .... to issue a proper writ order or orders, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in demolishing the compound wall of the House bearing No. 18-1-578/ A/ 5/ 1 situated at Sadath Nagar, Kandikalgate, Hyderabad and part of the land was taken away under the guise of widening the Nala and not paying the compensation to the petitioner inspite of establishing the ownership is arbitrary, illegal and against the provisions contemplated under the Land Acquisition Act and consequently issue a direction to the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner ...."

Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied if a direction is issued to respondents 1 to 3 to c onsider the explanation dated 03-11-2016, hear the petitioner as well as 4th respondent and take a decision in this behalf expeditiously. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is disposed of by this order. Respondents 1 to 3 are directed to look into the explanation dated 03-11-2016 of petitioner, afford opportunity to 4th respondent as well, and take a final decision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this c ourt has not examined the merits of either the case of petitioner or 4th respondent and it is for respondents 1 to 3 to consider and take a decision in ac cordanc e with law and as per the material available on record.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to c osts.
