When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri T. Surya Satish, learned counsel for the petitioners filed an affidavit seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Company Petition. The affidavit filed by the petitioners is placed on record. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Applications pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
