Petitioner's grievance is that in spite of a specific order passed by the 3rd respondent on 22.12.2014 in reference Dis.No.B2/1515/2014 directing the 4th respondent to restore subject land to the petitioner, no action has been taken by the 4th respondent in that regard and the revenue records have also not been updated till date, in spite of the said order.

Counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner had made representations dt.22.01.2015/04.04.2015, dt.05.10.2015, dt.17.10.2015, dt.16.11.2015/17.11.2015 and dt.27.02.2016 for implementation of the above orders and for updating the revenue records, but the respondents are not taking any action thereon. 3.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the representations made by the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the above representations made by the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
