This petition is filed for the following relief: " ... to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide proceedings No.P1/359(16)/2007RM-A, dated 06.09.2017 in not considering the request of the petitioner for issuance of Clearance Certificate in respect of the petitioner's Bus bearing Registration No.AP 02-Y-7290 while delivering the possession of the said vehicle to the petitioner, as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to law and consequently direct the respondents herein to issue Clearance Certificate in respect of the said bus and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit..."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the 'lis' in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 22.09.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.31297 of 2016 and the same is not disputed by Sri A.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents Corporation. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order dated 22.09.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.31297 of 2016, directing the 2nd respondent to issue NOC in favour of the petitioner in respect of the bus bearing No.AP 02-Y-7290
on furnishing an undertaking by the petitioner in favour of the respondent-Corporation, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
