This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioner/ accused, seeking to quash the docket order dated 15.11.2018 in Crl.MP.No.4604 of 2018 in C.C.No.487 of 2018 (STC 351 of 2016) on the file of the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tirupati.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State in opposing the criminal petition, before ordering notice to respondent No.2/ de facto complainant and perused the material on record.

There is nothing to interfere with the order of the lower Court. Hence, the Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to appear personally and file a fresh petition before the learned Magistrate to consider and if at all any bond obtained earlier by imposing penalty and obtain a fresh bond.
