HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

W.P.No.41896 of 2016 was disposed of along with other writ petitions by order dated 08.02.2017 following the earlier decision of batch of writ petitions. In the batch of writ petitions, Court remitted the matter to the stage of consideration of the issue by Three-men Committee on the assessment of performance of petitioner. Alleging violation of said directions, this Contempt Case is filed.

Learned special standing counsel produced the order of Project Director dated 11.01.2018 holding that petitioner has not fulfilled the minimum parameters required as per the recommendation of Three-men committee, as directed by the Court. In view of the same, it cannot be said that directions of the Court are violated. Contempt Case is accordingly closed. However, it is open to petitioner to work out her remedies as available in law against decision rejecting her claim. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
