HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CONTEMPT CASE No.2387 of 2017 ORDER: (ORAL) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents/contemnors submits that order dated 21.09.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20875 of 2014, of which violation is alleged, has been complied with. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. In that view of the matter, contempt case is disposed of discharging the respondents/contemnors from contempt proceedings. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, stand closed.
