Burra Bondaiah v. The State Of Telangana, Revenue Department,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.1382 OF 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
The petitioner complains that the computer information is not available with regard to khata No.100 relating to his land in Survey No.446/B/2 to an extent of Ac.0.021⁄2 guntas, Survey No.446/A/4 to an extent of Ac.0.06 guntas and Survey No.319/B to an extent of Ac.1.25 guntas at Bhupalpally Village and Mandal, Warangal District. The petitioner states that till November, 2015 he was getting the requisite access and information, but since then the computer shows that information is blocked. The petitioner therefore made two applications dated 09.12.2015 and 07.01.2016 in Mee-Seva addressed to the Tahsildar, Bhupalpally Mandal, Warangal District, the 3rd respondent herein, and paid the requisite fee. However, alleging that neither the information is forthcoming nor it is unblocked, the present Writ Petition is filed.
In view of the petitioner's applications, as stated above, are already pending with 3rd respondent and the petitioner has already paid the requisite fee in Mee-Seva, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's applications, referred to above, and communicate the appropriate decision to him within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
