HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.42654 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing the case in O.A.No.137 of 2016 and keeping it pending since long time as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioner filed a case in O.A.No.137 of 2017 before the 2nd respondent under Section 87(e) of the A.P. Charitable & Hindu Religious Institutions & Endowments Act, 1987 (for short, "the Act"), in the year 2015, no orders are passed so far.

Learned Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that a direction may be given to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the O.A.No.137 of 2017, in accordance with the law. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to deal with the O.A.No.137 of 2017 and dispose of the same, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
