Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel and learned Government Pleader for Municipalities.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not granting permission for construction of compound wall in open plot bearing No.59/ 1 in Survey No.225/ 1, situated at Ramaiahbowli locality, Christianpally village, Mahabubnagar mandal and District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the request of the petitioner would be considered, at the earliest, in accordance with law, provided he makes an application through online. 4.
Recording the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh application, in accordance with the prescribed procedure, in which event, the third respondent shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the said application. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
