Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent No.4 - Tahsildar, in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2018 for conducting survey and fixing boundaries for the subject land, the present writ petition is filed. Head the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submit that the petitioner has not made application through on-line by paying the requisite fee as per the circular of the Government in vogue. In view of the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make application afresh through on-line by paying the requisite fee and as and when such an application is made, respondent No.4 - Tahsildar, shall consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such application.
