This Civil Revision Petition is filed assailing the docket order dt.13.07.2o17 in IA No.1196 of 2016 in lA No.410 of 20 16 in O.S.No.92 of 2016, on the file of Senior Civil Judge at Khammam, Khammam District.
I I As per the Case Status lnformation and as per the submissions of the learned counsel Sri Sreenivasa Rao Kaja, Advocate, the Original Suit was disposed of on lllO9l2Ol7 as decreed with costs and no cause survives in this Civil Revision I Petition.
Accordingly, as the suit itself is disposed of and aggrieved by the said Judgment and Decree in the Original Suit, AS. No. 1126 of 2017 is filed and pending on the file of this Court, no cause survives in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
