SMT JUSTICE T. RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.12578 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused in Crime No.217 of 2018 of Mangalhat Police Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC. 2.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. 3.

The allegations in the complaint are that the petitioner abused the deceased in most filthy language. In the suicide note also, the deceased mentioned the name of the petitioner and expressed that she hates her.

In the light of the above facts, this Court opines that it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused. 5.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner/accused is at liberty to surrender before the Court below and move an application for regular bail.
