Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents Nos.2 and 3 in not making online web site of pahanies/ adangals and 1-B record in respect of Sy.Nos.29, 31 and 32 situated at Gundrethpalli Revenue Village and in Sy.Nos. 606, 607 and 654 situated at Dhamarakunta Revenue Village of Kataram Mandal Jayshankar District Bhupalpalli as illegal, arbitrary and against under Articles 19, 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents Nos.2 and 3 to implement the orders/directions/ endorsements Dt.28-9-2016 of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Manthani, directions of the District Revenue Officer, Jayshankar District Bhupalpalli Dt.31-10-2016 and Joint Collector, Jayshankar District Bhupalpalli Dt.28-9-2016 in its letter and spirit." 3.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the District Collector to dispose of the representation dated 31.10.2016 made by the petitioner at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same provided the said application is still pending. 5.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 31.10.2016 made by the petitioner to the District Collector, Jaishankar (Bhupalpalli) District, which was forwarded to the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law, at the earliest preferably within a period of six
