This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the report submitted by the Field Assistant pursuant to the auction conducted in E.P.No.94 of 2015. The report submitted is only an administrative report executing the warrant issued by the Court. It is not a judicial order. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
