HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31127 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is aggrieved by the action of the 1st respondent is issuing G.O.Rt.No.367 Revenue (DA-CMRF) Department dated 22.08.2016 and schedule II in so far as naming of Qutbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as Dundigal Mandal instead of Dommarapochampally, without considering the objections submitted by the petitioners. The petitioners claim the all Mandal Level Offices are situated in Dommarapochampally, as such the Qutbullapur Mandal should be named as Dommarapochampally instead of Dundigal Mandal. In the present case, the 1st respondent issued G.O.Rt.No.367 dated 22.08.2016 calling for the objections and as on today no final orders are passed and the present writ petition is filed only on apprehension.

Since the petitioners state that they have already submitted objections to the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent, shall consider the same before passing the final orders. The learned Special Government Pleader for respondents also state that the objections filed by the petitioner will be taken into consideration before passing the final orders.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
