Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh representation to the respondents.

Permission granted with liberty as prayed.

On filing such representation, the respondents are directed to take decision within two weeks, and the decision shall be communicated to the petitioner within three days thereafter. Needless to mention that, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the action or inaction of respondents, she may approach appropriate forum.
