O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, in considering the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A of A. P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971, dated 13.11.2018, for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the above referred application stated to have been made on 13.11.2018, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
