Sri M.Ravindranath Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that against interim orders dated 25.10.2017 in WPMP No.43805 of 2017 in WP No.35269 of 2017, W.A.No.1727 of 2017 has been filed and interim order granted in WPMP No.43805 of 2017 was suspended by directing the respondent to conduct an enquiry. He further submits that an enquiry was conducted and petitioner was reinstated into duty and that both the Writ Appeal and Writ Petition were disposed of.

In view of the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Case. Recording the same, this Contempt Case closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stands closed.
