Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and Smt.B.Vijayalakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent. 2.

Petitioner has challenged the action of respondents in proposing to retire him on attaining the age of 58 years. 3.

On 29-06-2016, this Court passed an order directing the respondents to take a decision with regard to the age of superannuation taking into consideration the provision of Section 115-D(2)(iv) of the A.P.Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and also the Memos of the Government issued from time to time within four (04) weeks.

It is not in dispute that thereafter the 3rd respondent Bank passed a resolution No.100 dt.29-07-2016 not to enhance the age of superannuation from 58 years to 60 years to its employees. Therefore no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs. 6.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
