Bhatt) Learned counsel for the appellants has filed a letter dated 29.11.2018 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal with liberty to file a fresh appeal.

2. The said letter is taken on record.

3. The Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Writ Appeal, if the cause of action survives.
