HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 2 6 2 0 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Khanapur P.S., Nirmal District, dated 28.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. To the extent of their relevance, the said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that after completion of investigation, a letter was addressed to the SDPO, Nirmal, to accord permission to refer the case to "Lack of Evidence" as the offence was occurred at abroad and the SDPO, Nirmal, issued permission on 30.08.2018. It is submitted that subsequently Final Report referring the case as "Lack of Evidence" was filed before the Court of Hon'ble AJFCM, Nirmal, vide FR No.77/ 2018 after giving intimation to the complainant.

Having regard to the above instructions, the Writ Petition stands closed, with a liberty to the petitioner herein to avail other remedies open, if any, in accordance with law.
