O R D E R
The case of the petitioner is that he is the pattadar and possessor of the subject land and his name was mutated in the revenue records and he was issued with pattadar pass book and title deed. As per the new policy of the Government of State of Telangana, he is entitled for new pattadar pass book and title deed. As he was not issued with the same, he made representation dated 25.05.2018 to the 4th respondent - Tahsildar. Since, the said respondent did not respond, he again made representations dated 13.06.2018 and 30.10.2018 to the 2nd respondent - District Collector. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition came to be filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, to consider the representation of the petitioner stated to have been made on 25.05.2018 and take action in accordance with law for issuance of new pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject property, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
