This Contempt Case is filed against respondents alleging willful disobedience in compliance of order dated 24.10.2016 in W.P. No. 35428 of 2016.

Heard Party-in-Person and Sri K.Sarvabhowma Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents. This Court, by order dated 29.06.2017 has dismissed the Contempt Case in C.C.No.368 of 2017, which is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP No.35428 of 2016 dated 24.10.2016.

Now, the Party-in-person has filed the present Contempt Case alleging violation of same order dated 24.10.2016 in WP No.35428 of 2016.

When once the Contempt Case, which is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP No.35428 of 2016, is dismissed observing that it is open for the petitioner to challenge the orders passed in pursuance to the order in the writ petition, the petitioner can challenge the said orders, by way of separate proceedings, but once again cannot file Contempt Case alleging violation of same order.

In view of the same, this Contempt Case does not lie and accordingly, same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order, in accordance with law.
