Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that a revision has been filed by 3rd respondent before 2nd respondent under Section 14 of the Andhra Area Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, vide R.O.C.No.F2/1892/2014 dt.26-05-2014 and that the same is pending before 2nd respondent who is not disposing of the said revision.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that 2nd respondent will decide the said Revision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to decide the revision referred to above within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs. 5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
