THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.14214 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the respondent Corporation in not extending benefits of HRA to the petitioner's Union members, who are all workers on par with other employees of the corporation and further action in not extending facilities like children Education Allowances, Bus facility, Drinking Water etc., to the petitioner's Union members, while extending such facilities to all other employees including officers is highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of this case."

2. When the matter is taken up, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein may be permitted to make a representation to the respondents 2 and 3 and the same may be directed to be disposed of, in accordance with law.

3. This Court considers the said request as reasonable. Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, Writ Petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner herein to make a fresh representation to the respondents 2 and 3, for redressal of his grievance, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such representation is filed, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed by the respondents, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from thereafter.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
