This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dt. 07.10.2017 seeking permission to join duty after expiry of leave.

When the matter came up for consideration on 30.10.2017, it was stated by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent that the petitioner is not reporting for duty. In the above circumstances, this Court directed the petitioner to report for duty on 01.11.2017 in the concerned Depot and accordingly, he reported for duty and the petitioner is taken for duty.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
