Heard petitioner-party-in-person. Despite notice served on the respondents, no representation, hence taken as heard and perused the material on record.

2) The petitioner herein requested for direction to the trial Court for early disposal of O.S. No.163 of 2012 with which O.S. No.769 of 2011 on transfer clubbed and renumbered as O.S. No.54 of 2016, since both the suits are pending for last six years.

3) Having regard to the above, the trial Court is directed to give early disposal of both the suits, since clubbed, by recording common evidence preferably within five (05) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4) Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, without going into other merits.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
