HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5798 of 2017 ORDER :

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/ husband, aggrieved by the order dated 03.08.2017 in I.A.No.681 of 2017 in O.P.No.578 of 2017 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad.

Heard the petitioner, party-in-person at length more than 15 minutes.

Several contentions raised by the petitioner that the child is not sending to school even reached third year and mother is not taking care of the health of the child.

The petitioner, being the father, got any endeavour, he can bear the expenses of the child by proposing in which school the child got educated with the consent of the mother at his expenses by filing such application before the lower Court. So also for any requirement of treatment, the mother can take care and he can bear expenditure if at all. Once there is a visiting right for every Sunday and on the birth day of the child, given by the lower Court, there is nothing to interfere with the impugned order running in 11 paras. It is left open, if at all, there is any

inconvenience regarding place of visiting the child, the lower Court to consider and fix the visiting place for the visiting rights. This order no way influence the mind of the lower Court to decide the main matter on its own merits.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
