Heard both sides.

From the consensus arrived, the transfer C.M.P. is allowed and O.P.No.593 of 2017 pending on the file of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and O.P.No.880 of 2017 pending on the file of the III Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar, are withdrawn and transferred to Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad. Both parties are directed to appear before the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad, on 22.12.2017, without expecting any notice. The Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad, shall post both the matters on one day for common disposal, by virtue of this order, and shall not insist the personal appearance of the parties herein if representing through advocate under Section 13 of the Family Courts Act, if any, but for reconciliation and for giving of evidence.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
