Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Services, for respondent.

The learned Government Pleader for Services, appearing for respondent, has produced today proceedings in Rc.No.68/Rectt./Genl.2/2017 dt.01.12.2017 of the respondent provisionally selecting the petitioner to the post of Firemen in Telangana State Disaster Response and Fire Services Department under BC-E Category in Nalgonda District in Recruitment-2015, thus complying with the interim order dt.25.07.2017 in WPMP.No.28839 of 2017 in WP.No.23357 of 2017.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
