Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that even though cognizable offences are reported on 16.11.2018, 20.11.2018 and 21.11.2018, crime is not registered.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that on 21.12.2018, Crime No.876 of 2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 504 and 506 I.P.C., was registered on the file of Narsingi Police Station.

Since Crime No.876 of 2018 was already registered, cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 5.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
