This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering and disposing the application dated 14.07.2016 submitted by the petitioners for rectification of entries in the pahanies in possession column in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4-09 guntas in Sy.No.362 situated at Turkaguda Village Hamlet of Rachuloor, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the application made by the petitioners on 14.07.2016 is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioners dated 14.07.2016 in accordance with law after issuing notice to the affected parties.
