THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 2436 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 22.09.2017, passed by this Court in WPMP Nos.40711 and 40712 of 2017 in W.P.No.32744 of 2017. None appears for the petitioners.

The respondent filed a counter-affidavit, which was served on the learned counsel for the petitioners on 03.01.2018, enclosing the proceedings, dated 07.12.2017, disposing of the representation of the petitioners.

In view of the above, the order, dated 22.09.2017, stands complied with.

Hence, the contempt case is closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed.
