Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.28.03.2019 before the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, by placing the said letter on record, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted by this Court on 28.11.2018 shall stand vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
