In the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction for disposal of I.As. filed in A.S.No.1 of 2017 on the file of the Court of XI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gudivada, Krishna district. In the considered opinion of this Court, writ of this nature seeking a direction to dispose of I.As. is not maintainable before this Court in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Radhey Shyam and others v. Chhabi Nath and others1.

In view of the same, leaving it open to the petitioner to file appropriate application before appropriate forum of law for redressal of his grievance, if so advised, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
