This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 (2) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed by the petitioner/complainant to cancel the anticipatory bail order, dated 30.06.2018, in Crl.M.P.No.1859 of 2018 passed by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge For Trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Cases - cum - IX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in favour of respondent Nos.2 to 6/accused Nos.1 to 5.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1/State. Perused the record.

Having elaborately argued the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
