Inasmuch as this writ petition is filed aggrieved by nonconsideration of the representation dated 22-10-2016 made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent seeking consideration of his case for appointment as Driver, suffice it direct the 2nd respondent consider the said representation made by the petitioner and pass orders thereon in accordance with law. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
