HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.36564 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for the following prayer; " to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents in not entertaining her application dated 25.10.2017 for providing with individual service connection along with ONE electrical meter to the house constructed in the Plot bearing No.606, to an extent of 300 square yards, situated in Sy.Nos.11/14 to 11/18 of Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District, as arbitrary, illegal, bad in law and consequently direct the respondents to provide with individual service connection along with ONE electrical meter to the house constructed in the Plot bearing No.606 to an extent of 300 square yards, situated in Sy.Nos.11/14 to 11/18 of Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without being influenced by the instructiosn of the 5th respondent and pass such other relief..........."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the 'lis' in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 18.12.2015 passed by this Court in WP.No.32614 of 2015 and the same is not disputed by Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 18.12.2015 passed in WP.No.32614/2015, although it is stated that the Judgment of the Division Bench referred to above is pending consideration in the Supreme Court, subject to further directions which may be issued by the State Government of Telangana or the Supreme Court in the matter, the respondents shall release individual service connection to the petitioner on payment of requisite charges within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 08.11.2017 t k.
