HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO C.C.No.992 of 2016

ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WPMP No.22854 of 2015 in WP No.17656 of 2015, dated 18.06.2015.

The said order relates to demarcation of land for which certificates/pattas were given to the petitioners. This Court by order dated 4.11.2016 directed the petitioner and the respondents to visit the village on 13.11.2016 and clearly demarcate the land and handover the same to the patta holders.

It appears that on 13.11.2016, a Grama Sabha was conducted, where 22 persons out of 32 persons attended and the land in respect of those persons were demarcated and handed over to them. In respect of the balance persons, who could not be available on the particular day, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he would advise his clients to submit a joint representation to the District Forest Officer, Guntur, to depute one of his officers on the day specified in the representation to be present for carrying the task of identification and demarcation of the land and handover the same to them.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
