This revision arises out of the action of the Rent Control Appellate Authority in adjourning the stay petition frequently without passing any orders.

2. It is now stated by Mr. Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel for the petitioners and also confirmed by Mr. Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the contesting respondents, that the Rent Control Appellate Authority has now passed an order dismissing the stay petition and there is a separate revision filed against the said order.

Hence, this revision has become infructuous.
