The Criminal Petition is filed under Sectibn 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short Cr. P. C. ) by the petitioner/ Accused to quash the proceedings in C.C No. 190 of II 2Ol7 on the file of the VUI Special Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Hyderabad, for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act 2.

Heard learned Public Prosecutor for the Respondent and perused the record 3.

None appears for the petitioner. This Court has not granted any interim orders, when the case was filed in the year 2018. The C.C is of the year 2017. The stage in the trial Court is not known. Further, the VIII Special Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Hyderabad, where the case was pending is already abolished

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to move this Court in the event ol cause surviving.
